Stephen Joshua Thompson is an American actor, writer, producer, director, singer, musician, and visual artist currently based in NYC. Most recently, he starred as “John Wilkes Booth” in Trip to the Moon, a new feature film based of 1902 original by George Melies. Other films include The Ghost, Twin Primes, and Forbidden Skin. As a director, Stephen just finished Neil LaBute's rarely done play, The Way We Get By, at Matthew Corozine Studios (NYC). Theatre credits include Freddie in One More Time with Malice (Off-Broadway), Bert in Mary Poppins (Renaissance Theatre), Emcee in Cabaret (Festival Playhouse),  Duke in The Great American Trailer Park (Renaissance Theatre),  and the company of Forbidden Broadway (Stageworks).
